We have a "Self
Check In." Your reservation confirmation email will provide you with the key
code and all of the information needed for your stay, including directions
and contact information should you need anything during your stay. We live a
few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our bed
& breakfast. |

Cancellation policy: If you
give 14 days notice of a cancellation, we will refund your
charges minus a
$15 cancellation fee.
If you
are unable to give a minimum of 14 days notice there is no refund.
We have been forced to charge a cancellation fee due to excessive
reservation/cancellations and also because we are charged 3% by our credit card
providers for every reservation and cancellation we run.

steps away from the Katy Trail State Park
in Historic Rocheport, Missouri.
The Katy Trail
Bed & Breakfast is an ideal stop for
cyclists, families and couples enjoying a daytrip or
weekend getaway in
Mid-Missouri. Katy Trail Bed & Breakfast is
centrally located 12 miles west of Columbia, Missouri, in
the heart of Missouri Wine Country. The Katy Trail Bed & Breakfast offers
a perfect place for group lodging, a
girl's getaway weekend, scrap booking parties, and family reunions. If
you're getting married at Les Bourgeois winery, this would serve as a great
"home base" while your wedding party prepares for the big day.
We're close to Columbia and the University of
Missouri-Columbia, making us a favorite place to stay on University of
Missouri football weekends. Go Mizzou! Katy Trail Bed & Breakfast is an
