Missouri Sales Tax of 6.85% will be added at time of processing.

We have a "Self Check In." Your reservation confirmation email will provide you with the key code and all of the information needed for your stay, including directions and contact information should you need anything during your stay. We live a few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our bed & breakfast.

Cancellation policy: If you give 14 days notice of a cancellation, we will refund your charges minus a $15 cancellation fee.

If you are unable to give a minimum of 14 days notice there is no refund. We have been forced to charge a cancellation fee due to excessive reservation/cancellations and also because we are charged 3% by our credit card providers for every reservation and cancellation we run.

We live a few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our bed & breakfast. If you need anything, we're just a quick phone call away and we'll be right over. Our phone numbers are posted throughout the Bed & Breakfast.
