The
Carriage House was
recently fully renovated. This is a great room for families or groups of
friends. This large, 22 x 29 foot upper story room has hardwood floors and
vaulted ceilings and a private bath. It is located by walking up the steps
to the deck overlooking the Katy Trail. It is located above the 2-car
garage, allowing privacy for your family or group.
The Carriage House has two
queen-size beds, and two full-size futons.
There is a spacious 10 x 18 foot deck with
picnic table that has a great view of the Katy Trail State Park.
There is also a seating/dining area, TV,
a small refrigerator, and a coffee
maker. There
is a
full bath with shower (no tub). It is fully air-conditioned and has two
ceiling fans.

We have a "Self
Check In." Your reservation confirmation email will provide you with the key
code and all of the information needed for your stay, including directions
and contact information should you need anything during your stay. We live a
few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our bed
& breakfast. |

Mighty Mo Canoe Rentals
Paddle the Mighty Mo with an area naturalist and river
historian as your guide. Saturday excursions of
canoes & kayaks depart from the Katy Trail Bed &
Bikefest. Ride shuttle
back or bike back from Huntsdale on the Katy Trail. By reservation
only. Trips last about 4 hours. Visit
